On September 10, 2011 my husband and I got married. 96 hours before the wedding we found out that our wedding site was under 10 feet of water. We were fortunate enough to have another site available to us. And with one call Peter and his crew were willing to move 45 minutes away from where it was supposed to be and an hour from there home base no questions asked. The following day Peter and his wife came to see the new site and make everything perfect. They helped me rearrange the tent and were willing to supply all the extra stuff I needed. The day of the wedding Peter and his whole staff were on time and very professional. I can’t say enough about the food it was simply amazing. We had a station type set up and every station was more amazing then the last. I received numerous phone calls from people telling me how tasty the food was and how impressed they were with the whole presentation and asking me for Peter’s number. I will use Peter and Smithsonian catering again and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Peter and Staff for making my special day amazing!
