Dear Peter,

Thank you so much for all of your hard work in making our Jack and Jill and wedding day perfect! From the beginning stages of planning you were always very easy to work with. Having  you cater our jack and Jill was one less thing our family and friends had to worry about. The BBQ buffet was a perfect way to spend a hot summer day. Although we did have a pretty good idea of the food we wanted for our  wedding buffet, the few meetings we had to go over the menu were very helpful as you guided us with your best suggestions.

The appetizers in our room before our reception were a really great treat! The scallops and bacon, blackened steak tips and crab meat stuffed mushrooms were a great way for us to relax with our wedding party before the reception.

Our table set ups were beautiful! Your staff did a great job placing all the fall leaves just as we had hoped. The buffet and pasta creation area was set up beautifully and flowed very nicely. Our guests raved about how delicious the beef tenderloin was and how much of a great variety of food we had. When I ask people if they had a good time at our wedding one of the first things they say is how amazing the food was and how there was plenty of it!

The one thing about our wedding day that we felt we would not have to worry about was the food. Without a surprise you  went above and beyond our expectations from months prior to our day all the way to the end. Thank you again for the amazing service you and your staff provided to us and we look forward to having you cater all of our other parties down the road!
